The customer has two decks that needed to be cleaned correctly and without damage. The wood has not been cleaned in ten plus years. When dealing with wood, you have to be careful, to not cause damage or lines from your pressure wand. We use different solutions, for the different species of wood. After we chose the correct cleaning solution, we wet the wood down, apply the cleaning solution, and use lower water pressure to clean the wood to not cause splinters, or wood fuzz. When we are finished with cleaning, we apply a wood brightener/nutrlerlizer, which helps to make the wood brighter and adjust the woods ph to its natural level.
