Our clients called us for a roof cleaning because there roof had not been cleaned for 6 or 7 years. The roof was covered with algae, moss, and lichen. We use our soft wash system to apply our cleaning/algaecide solution. This helps to lift the dirt, organics, and kills the unseen rootbed of lichen and moss. To help orevent damage we cleaned with low water pressure, this helps to prevent roof damage, and helps to rinse the roof thoroughly.
